Create entire presentations with AI
In this tutorial I'll show you how you can leverage AI to help you create entire presentaions, slide decks or slideshows saving you hours of time.
Step 1: Sign Up and Navigate to Dashboard
First, you need to sign up for Gamma. You can do this by visiting the Gamma website and clicking on the "Sign up for free" button. Once you've signed up and logged in, navigate to the dashboard by clicking on the home icon in the top left corner.
Step 2: Create New AI Presentation
From the dashboard, you have a few different ways to create a new presentation. For this tutorial, we'll use the "Create new AI" option[9].
Step 3: Choose the Generation Mode
Gamma offers two creation modes with AI: Generate Mode and Text Transform Mode.
- Generate Mode: This mode will walk you through the generation process. You simply enter a topic and the AI will give you the first draft of your presentation.
- Text Transform Mode: This mode lets you import large amounts of text that Gamma AI will transform into a presentation. You can give the AI additional instructions and even tell it to write in another language.
For this tutorial, we'll use the Generate Mode.
Step 4: Enter Your Topic
In Generate Mode, you'll be prompted to enter a topic for your presentation. The AI will use this topic to generate the first draft of your presentation.
Step 5: Review and Edit Your Presentation
Once the AI has generated the first draft of your presentation, you can review and edit it. To do this, click the astronaut icon to open the Edit with AI chat. You can ask the AI editor to help you edit the content of your presentation, search for relevant images, and reformat your cards.
Please note that the AI editor can only edit one card at a time and cannot make changes to the theme.
Step 6: Finalize and Share Your Presentation
Once you're satisfied with your presentation, you can share it online with publishing and analytics. Gamma allows you to measure engagement with built-in analytics and get more feedback with quick reactions.
